On October 19, 2017,  Capstone Companies, Inc., a Florida corporation,  (the "Company") announced in a press release its results of operations and financial condition for the third quarter ended September 30, 2017.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
