On October 19, 2017, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call for investors on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time to discuss the Partnership’s Third Quarter 2017 results. As set forth below, the Registrant is furnishing the press release as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
