Item 7.01
Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 17, 2017, a subsidiary of Marriott International (“Marriott”) sold the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, which is owned on a long-term ground lease, for approximately C$335 million.  Marriott retains a long-term management agreement for the 1,372-room property located in downtown Toronto in Ontario, Canada.  The Hotel will undergo a renovation primarily covering the lobby and other public areas.
