On October 18, 2017, Hexcel Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release in which the Company announced its financial results for its fiscal quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017.  A copy of this earnings press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
