SECTION 5 – CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT

 

Item 5.03 – Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

 

On October 9, 2017, the State of Wyoming entered the Articles of Amendment filed by Corix Bioscience, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (the “Company”). The Company amended its Articles in order to delete the prior disclosures regarding the Real Estate Committee. The Real Estate Committee was terminated pursuant to the consent of the members of the Real Estate Committee, as allowed for under Article VII, Section 7.6 of the Articles. As a result of the entry of the Articles of Amendment, the Company’s Third Amended Bylaws became effective. The Company’s fiscal year was not revised.
