Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 12, 2017, Emmis Communications Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing its results of operations and financial condition as of and for the fiscal quarter ended August 31, 2017.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in this item by reference.
