On October 10, 2017, the Board of Directors of MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc., declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per share payable on December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 1, 2017. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
