Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 11, 2017, Foundation Building Materials, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) providing preliminary net sales information for its third quarter ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
