Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 6, 2017, following the evacuation of its Dominica campus in the wake of Hurricane Maria, Ross University School of Medicine (“RUSM”), an operating unit of Adtalem Global Education Inc. (“Adtalem”), informed its students of its intention to temporarily relocate RUSM operations to St. Kitts.  Students, faculty and staff will reside in, and instruction will be provided on, a uniquely fitted cruise liner that will be ported off the coast of St. Kitts.  RUSM will also draw upon instructional, professional, and recreational resources available at its sister institution located in St. Kitts, Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.  Adtalem and RUSM leadership are working to finalize plans and required arrangements, including regulatory approvals and student accommodations, in advance of a targeted class start the week of October 16, 2017.
