AMENDMENT NO. 1

This Form 8K is filed as an amendment (Amendment No. 1) to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Major League Football, Inc. under Item 5.02 on October 5, 2017. Amendment No. 1 is being filed to clarify information concerning Mr. Murtha’s termination from MFLB. MFLB referred to Mr. Murtha as disbarred. Mr. Murtha’s current status by the Illinois Bar records is: “Not authorized to practice law due to discipline and has not demonstrated required MCLE compliance  - Last Registered Year: 1981.” All other information in the Form 8K remains the same.
