Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

(b)On Monday, October 2, 2017, Dr. Raymond J. Kilmer, a member of the Board of Directors of The ExOne Company (the “Company”) notified the Company of his intention to resign from the Board of Directors for personal reasons.  Dr. Kilmer did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter.  The Company will work with Dr. Kilmer to determine a mutually agreeable departure date.
