Item 2.03       Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement
of a Registrant.
 
On October 3, 2017, Allegiant Travel Company (the “Company”), through a wholly owned subsidiary, borrowed $34 million under a loan agreement secured by one Airbus A320 aircraft. The note bears interest at a floating rate based on LIBOR and will be payable in quarterly installments through October 2027. The proceeds from the loan will be used for general corporate purposes.
