Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K dated and filed on July 27, 2017 and assigned SEC Accession No. 0001539497-17-001243 (the “Subject 8-K”). The purpose of this amendment is to make certain conforming and corrective revisions to the agreement previously filed as Exhibit 4.6 to the Subject 8-K. No other changes are being made to the Subject 8-K.
Accordingly, Exhibit 4.6 of the Subject 8-K, which contained the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of July 1, 2017, among Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc., as depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as master servicer, KeyBank National Association, as special servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, and Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, as operating advisor and asset representations reviewer (the “WFCM 2017-C38 PSA”), is hereby amended and restated in its entirety by the corrected version of the WFCM 2017-C38 PSA attached hereto as Exhibit 4.6.
