Other Events.
On October 2, 2017, Sensata Technologies Holding N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Sensata Technologies B.V. (“STBV”) and Sensata Technologies UK Financing Co. plc (“STUK”), indirect subsidiaries of the Company, have commenced consent solicitations to amend certain provisions of the indentures relating to STBV’s 4.875% Senior Notes due 2023, STBV’s 5.625% Senior Notes due 2024, STBV’s 5.000% Senior Notes due 2025, and STUK’s 6.250% Senior Notes due 2026. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
