Item 1.01 Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement

On September 27, 2017, Discover Card Execution Note Trust and U.S. Bank National Association entered into the Omnibus Amendment to Specified Terms Documents to amend provisions related to the notice period requirements for the Calculation Agent, on behalf of the Issuer, to delay the Accumulation Period with respect to certain Class A, Class B and Class C Notes, subject to certain conditions as described in the Omnibus Amendment to Specified Terms Documents. A copy of the Omnibus Amendment to Specified Terms Documents is filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 8.01. Other Events

On September 27, 2017, the commencement of the Accumulation Periods for certain tranches of DiscoverSeries Notes was delayed, pursuant to the terms of the Second Amended and Restated Indenture Supplement, dated as of December 22, 2015, by and between the Discover Card Execution Note Trust, as Issuer, and U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, and the applicable terms documents thereto.

Class A(2013-1) and Class A(2015-1) DiscoverSeries Notes. The commencement of the Accumulation Period for the Class A(2013-1) and Class A(2015-1) DiscoverSeries Notes was delayed until the first day of the Due Period related to the February 2018 Distribution Date.

Class A(2013-4), Class A(2013-6), Class A(2014-1), Class B(2015-1), Class C(2015-1), Class B(2015-2), Class A(2015-3), Class A(2016-1) and Class A(2016-2) DiscoverSeries Notes. The commencement of the Accumulation Period for the Class A(2013-4), Class A(2013-6), Class A(2014-1), Class B(2015-1), Class C(2015-1), Class B(2015-2), Class A(2015-3), Class A(2016-1) and Class A(2016-2) DiscoverSeries Notes was delayed until the first day of the Due Period related to the May 2018 Distribution Date.
