ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On September 20, 2017, First Harvest Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release which describes the circumstances that caused the OTC Markets Group to place a caveat emptor warning on the Company’s stock. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
