Regulation FD Disclosure.
Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. will meet with investors at the 7th Annual Stephens Bank CEO Forum in Little Rock, Arkansas on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Keith Cargill, CEO, Peter Bartholow, Chief Operating Officer, and Julie Anderson, CFO, will conduct the investor meetings, and Heather Worley, Director of Investor Relations, will also participate. The investor meetings will begin at 7:00 a.m. ET. and continue through 3:35 p.m. ET. A copy of the presentation slides, which will be discussed at the investor meetings, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
