On September 19, 2017, Ms. HE Qianying resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) and her respective executive positions of IGS Capital Group Limited (the “Corporation”) as part of the Corporation’s management reorganization. The resignation by her did not involve any disagreements with the Corporation or the management of the Corporation.
