On September 18, 2017, TriState Capital Holdings, Inc. announced that Fortune named TriState Capital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSC) to its annual 100 Fastest-Growing Companies list in a press release dated September 18, 2017. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99 to this report.
