Other Events.

On September 14, 2017, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York dismissed with prejudice all claims asserted by the plaintiff in the lawsuit captioned JMB Capital Partners Master Fund, L.P. v. Jason Industries, Inc., et al., Index No. 656692/2016.
The plaintiff has the right to appeal the Court's dismissal within 30 days of having been served written notice that the judgment or order has been entered, along with a copy of said judgment or order.
