Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) is providing updates regarding the impact of Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma on the Company’s properties located in, or near, the path of the storms. The property management and asset management teams of Carter/Validus Advisors, LLC, (the "Advisor"), are actively contacting the Company’s tenants that were in the paths of Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. In addition, the Company’s insurance providers have been included in notifications and updates regarding each of the Company’s properties. The Company’s properties in the impacted areas of Hurricane Harvey have not sustained material damages to date. The Company has made an initial assessment of the properties in the impacted areas of Hurricane Irma and is not aware of any material damages. The Company will provide an update should a subsequent assessment reveal material damages to the properties. The Company does not currently anticipate any impact on its tenants’ ability to pay rent as a result of Hurricane Harvey or Hurricane Irma.
