On September 14, 2017, Strategic Storage Trust II, Inc. (the “Registrant”) held a webinar for registered representatives and stockholders to review the Registrant’s financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017 and provide a portfolio update. A copy of the presentation materials used during the webinar is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
