Item 3.02 Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities
On August 8, 2017, the board of directors has approved to extend for an additional 90 days the offering as per the S-1 registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective on November 10, 2016. Our S-1 will remain effective through November 7, 2017.
