On Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 2:45 p.m. ET., BB&T Corporation’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Kelly S. King, will present at the Barclays Global Financial Services Conference in New York. Mr. King’s presentation, which contains updated loan growth, net interest margin and total noninterest income guidance for the third quarter of 2017, is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
