On September 6, 2017, Precipio, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, which included a letter to shareholders from the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Ilan Danieli. As noted in the press release, management will host a business update conference call to discuss recent corporate developments and strategic initiatives on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at 4:30pm Eastern Time. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
