On September 7, 2017, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding an agreement between Teamsters Canada-Train & Engine and the Company on a one-year renewal of the existing collective agreement.
A copy of the Company’s press release regarding this agreement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
