Regulation FD Disclosure.
International Barrier Technology Inc. is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated July 31, 2017, it has filed a proxy statement and management information circular (the “Information Circular”) and related proxy materials with Canadian and United States securities regulators. The Information Circular relates to the special meeting of the shareholders of the Company to be held on September 28, 2017 to approve the plan of arrangement between the Company, Louisiana-Pacific Canada Ltd. and Louisiana-Pacific Corporation. A copy of the Information Circular is available under the Company’s profile on EDGAR at www.sec.gov and SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
