ITEM 1.02. TERMINATION OF A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
On August 24, 2017, the Company's subsidiary received notice from
White Development Company, the prospective purchaser under the previously
announced purchase and sale agreement relating to the Company's 25-acre
property located in South Tampa, Florida, that it elected to terminate the
purchase and sale agreement as permitted under the terms of the agreement.
The Company will not incur any termination penalties as a result of the
termination.
