On August 23, 2017, Strategic Storage Trust IV, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing that as of June 30, 2017, the Registrant had raised more than $10 million in offering proceeds and can now accept subscriptions from investors who reside in the State of Washington. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
