Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective August 22, 2017, the board of governors of Highwater Ethanol, LLC appointed Mark Pankonin to fill a vacancy on the board of governors. Mr. Pankonin is expected to be named to serve on the risk management and fixed assets committees.
