(d) On August 17, 2017, Carmen M. Bowser was appointed to the Board of Directors of Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation and Peapack-Gladstone Bank, effective September 28, 2017. Ms. Bowser will serve on the Risk and Nominating Committees.
