Item 5.03 Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change
in Fiscal Year.
On
August 9, 2017, we amended our Amended and Restated Certificate of
Incorporation, as amended, to increase the number of authorized
shares of capital stock from 82,000,000 shares to 162,000,000
shares and to increase the number of authorized shares of common
stock from 80,000,000 shares to 160,000,000 shares. The amendment
was approved on August 8, 2017, by our stockholders at a special
meeting held for that purpose.
