New York, NY - August 8, 2017. On August 8, 2017, the Board of Directors of Engex, Inc. (ticker symbol: EXGI) declared a special dividend on the Fund’s Common Stock of $0.80 per share in cash payable August 22, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2017.
