(b)On August 7, 2017, Wayne A. Reschke notified the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alliant Energy Corporation (“AEC”), Interstate Power and Light Company (“IPL”) and Wisconsin Power and Light Company (“WPL”) that he will retire from his position as Senior Vice President of AEC, IPL and WPL effective on December 31, 2017.
