Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 2, 2017, Voxx International Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its majority owned subsidiary, Eyelock LLC, had entered into a license agreement with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated. A copy of the release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
