On August 2, 2017, Novan, Inc. (the “Company”) held a webcast providing an updated corporate presentation that included certain preliminary information on the Company’s financial condition at June 30, 2017. Such information is based on the Company’s estimates as of the date of the presentation and is subject to the completion of the Company’s procedures for finalizing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. Accordingly, the preliminary information may change, and those changes may be material. You should not place undue reliance on this preliminary estimate.
