Item 7.01                                           Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On July 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of Nabors Industries Ltd. declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per common share, which will be paid on October 3, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 12, 2017.
