Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On July 26, 2017, Karla Kretsch informed Creative Learning Corporation (the “Company”) of her intention to resign as President of the Company. Ms. Kretsch is expected to remain with the Company through August 7, 2017, and to provide assistance with transition matters after her departure.
