On July 28, 2017, Pacific Mercantile Bancorp (the “Company”), the holding company of Pacific Mercantile Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly owned banking subsidiary, and PM Asset Resolution, Inc. ("PMAR"), a wholly owned non-bank subsidiary, announced that Tom Vertin, President & Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Inserra, Executive Vice President & Chief Risk Officer, and Curt Christianssen, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting to or conducting one-on-one meetings with investors, analysts or other third parties about the Company and its latest financial results at the 2017 KBW Community Bank Investor Conference on August 1-2, 2017 in New York City. A copy of the presentation slides, updated with the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017, substantially in the form expected to be used in such presentations and meetings, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in this report and in the exhibit hereto is intended to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of this section.
