Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On July 31, 2017, Escalade, Incorporated ("Escalade") issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing financial information regarding Escalade's second quarter results for 2017.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On July 31, 2017, the Board of Directors of Escalade announced that a quarterly dividend of eleven and a half cents $0.115 per share would be paid to all shareholders of record on September 11, 2017 and disbursed on September 18, 2017.
