Item 8.01 Other Events
On July 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of MVB Financial Corp. (OTC Markets Group OTCQB: MVBF)
announced it has opened its second Northern Virginia location. The new Leesburg, Virginia office, located at 106 Harrison St. SE, Suite 100, features an automated interactive teller system in its branch lobby.
