Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

Lumber Liquidators Holdings, Inc. (the “Corporation”) is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to disclose that Jill Witter, the Corporation’s former Chief Compliance Officer, has decided to leave the Corporation to pursue other opportunities. In connection with this change, Lee Reeves, the Corporation’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, will assume Ms. Witter’s duties. Mr. Reeves will lead a search for a new head of the Corporation’s Compliance Department.
