Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 24, 2017, FB Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter of 2017 (the “Earnings Release”) and made available on its website (investors.firstbankonline.com) supplemental financial information for the second quarter of 2017 (the “Supplemental Financial Information”) and an earnings release presentation (the “Earnings Presentation”) for use with the Earnings Release. Copies of the Earnings Release, the Supplemental Financial Information and the Earnings Presentation are furnished as Exhibit 99.1, Exhibit 99.2 and Exhibit 99.3, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”).
