Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On July 19, 2017, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office to amend Article Second of the Company’s Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of the Corporation, to change the Company’s principal office to 1947 Briarfield Boulevard, Maumee, in Lucas County, Ohio 43537. A copy of the amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.01.
