Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
|
Volt Information Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) has entered into Amendment No. 7, dated July 14, 2017 (“Amendment No. 7”) to its Receivables Financing Agreement (the “Financing Program”) dated as of July 30, 2015.
Amendment No. 7 amends Section 10.01(f) of the Financing Program to increase the permitted ratio of delinquent receivables to 2.5% from 2.0% as reported under the Financing Program for July 2017 through September 2017. The threshold of 2.0% will be unchanged in and after October 2017.
All other terms and conditions of the Financing Program remain unchanged.
Amendment No. 7 facilitates ongoing compliance with the Financing Program by providing expanded coverage in billing/receivables aging to allow for the post-implementation phase of the company-wide front and back-office IT upgrade.
