Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 20, 2017, Union Bankshares Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend payable on August 18, 2017 to shareholders of record as of August 4, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
