Two River Bancorp Increases Its Quarterly Dividend by 12.5% to $0.045 Per Share ($0.18 on an Annualized Basis)

Company to Report 2017 Second Quarter Financial Results on Tuesday, July 25, 2017

TINTON FALLS, N.J., July 20, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Two River Bancorp (Nasdaq:TRCB) (the "Company"), the parent company of Two River Community Bank ("the Bank"), today announced that the Board of Directors approved a 12.5% increase in its cash dividend, raising the quarterly amount to $0.045 per share of the Company's common stock for an annualized amount of $0.18 per share. This increase compares to the second quarter dividend of $0.04 per share, or an annualized amount of $0.16 per share.

The third quarter dividend will be paid on August 29, 2017 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on August 11, 2017. The timing and amounts of future dividends are subject to determination and approval by the Company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. William D. Moss, President and CEO, stated, “The Company is pleased to increase its dividend for the fourth consecutive year, which is in addition to the 5% stock dividend paid in February 2017. 2017 Second Quarter Financial Results
The Company also announced that it will report its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017 prior to the opening of the stock market on Tuesday, July 25, 2017.
