Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective July 15, 2017, Her Imports, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), appointed Mr. Matthew Wise as Vice President of Finance of the Company. Mr. Wise, 49, has been the Controller for the Company since March 28, 2017. Mr. Wise served as Controller with Good Spirits Distributing from October 2015 to March 2017. From 2005 to October 2015, he also served as Senior Controller with Vision Airlines, Inc.
