Item  8.01             Other Events

Elite Group, Inc. (the “Company”) received an invoice for services performed under service agreement by STS Enterprises on March 13, 2017 for $20,000. On March 15, 2017 the Company received an invoice under service agreement from James E Smoot for consulting services performed in the amount of $30,000.
