On July 19, 2017, we issued a joint press release, together with Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”), announcing that we have entered into a new strategic relationship with Microsoft. This relationship is not expected to impact Dun & Bradstreet’s 2017 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
